Every artifact that leaves our vault is handled with care — inspected, wrapped, and sent as part of a lineage, not a transaction. Still, we understand that even relics may falter in their journey.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, we will honor a fair exchange or return in accordance with the policy below. Refunds are not acts of bureaucracy to us, but acts of restoration — ensuring that what you hold reflects the same precision and devotion with which it was made.
1. Overview
Every item is created specifically for you — whether it’s a book, print, or apparel piece. As such, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing errors, misprints, or damaged goods upon arrival. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement, one of the following must apply:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
- The item was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.
All claims must include photographic proof and order details for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized products (signed books, limited editions, or numbered prints)
- Digital downloads or e-books
- Gift cards
- Items purchased through third-party retailers
4. Process for Refunds or Returns
To initiate a claim:

Refund Method:

5. Fulfillment and Production Partners
Many of our products are printed and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners such as Printful, IngramSpark, Amazon, or other global distributors.
Their production timelines and facility-specific return requirements may apply. We coordinate all returns through our own support channels to simplify the process for you.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or production error, we cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the return is for reasons outside our control (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed parcel), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
7. Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a replacement will be produced and shipped automatically.
