Corporate Social Responsibility / Ethics Statement

Preface

Our works exist to bridge silence and meaning — not to exploit, but to preserve.

Fractured Scrolls, LLC operates with a guiding ethic: to honor human creativity, fair labor, and sustainable craftsmanship in every partnership.
We collaborate only with vendors, artists, and printers who align with principles of dignity, consent, and integrity.

The art, the ink, the fiber — all must serve the same end: to leave the world slightly more beautiful, slightly more awake.

Within the House, we reject exploitative manufacturing, discrimination, or environmental disregard.
Every scroll, relic, and artifact we produce, digital or physical, carries the weight of our conscience.

This document outlines the principles that guide how we operate and create.

1. Integrity of Creation

We believe that creativity is sacred work.

All written and visual material produced under author names and pen names (e.g.  The Barbell Poet) is original, respectfully sourced, and protected under international and otherwise applicable copyright laws.

We reject plagiarism, exploitation, and deceptive marketing — both in form and spirit. Every design, word, and symbol is born from intention, not imitation.

2. Sustainability & Responsible Production

Our publishing and merchandise operations are built on principles of intentional production and minimized waste.
Where possible, we utilize print-on-demand and short-run manufacturing to reduce overproduction and environmental impact.
As our product lines expand, we remain committed to responsible sourcing, ethical labor practices, and quality-driven suppliers that uphold these values.

Packaging materials are recyclable where feasible, and we prioritize partners who demonstrate environmental awareness, fair working conditions, and transparent supply chains.

Whether made to order or stocked in limited quantities, every item is produced with a focus on longevity over excess, and scaling with intention rather than waste.

We aim to scale without waste — to grow without excess.

3. Ethical Partnerships

We collaborate only with professionals, suppliers, and distributors who share our commitment to fairness and transparency.
Every creative or logistical partnership is reviewed for compliance with ethical labor standards, intellectual property protection, and non-discrimination policies.

We work with independent artists, designers, translators, photographers, and creative contributors whose values align with our own.

All collaborative projects honor clear communication, fair compensation, and explicit intellectual property agreements to ensure every creator’s work is respected and properly credited.
No collaborative effort is pursued at the expense of artistic integrity, cultural respect, or ethical practice.

No partner stands above integrity — not even in the pursuit of growth.

4. Cultural and Global Respect

Fractured Scrolls, LLC operates across languages and cultures, weaving multiple global cultural influences into its works.
We treat these cultural threads with reverence, ensuring translations, collaborations, and symbolic references are handled with accuracy, acknowledgment, and context.

We recognize that art travels — and that with it comes the duty to honor its origins.

5. Community & Legacy

Our vision extends beyond publication.

We aim to foster creative resilience — inspiring readers, veterans, and artists alike to channel endurance into art and reflection.
Future initiatives may include donations or partnerships with mental health, literacy, or veteran creative programs.

Discipline is devotion. Devotion builds legacy.

6. Data & Privacy Alignment

7. Continuous Accountability

Ethical responsibility is not static.
We review our policies and practices regularly to ensure alignment with evolving standards in publishing, sustainability, and creative integrity.
Feedback or concerns regarding our ethical practices are welcome and taken seriously.

8. Closing Statement

We do not chase perfection — we pursue precision.
In strength and art alike, responsibility is not optional; it is the quiet foundation beneath every line, every lift, every legacy.
